Check the Power and Electrical Components First

One of the first things to do when responding to a non-responsive garage door is to check the power. See if the circuit breaker to the garage door is flipped off. There might have been an electrical event that trigged it after all. If that's not the problem, then there could be something wrong with the opener.

See if the Track Is Aligned Correctly
